PUBLIC AREA CLEANER – STAYBRIDGE SUITES, LIVERPOOL.

Our Housekeeping Team give the hotel the ‘wow’ factor. From the moment a guest walks into the hotel and through to their room the Housekeeping Team clean and service guest areas so everything is spotless and well-prepared.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and service public areas according to established standards and procedures including dusting, vacuuming, cleaning and sanitizing public bathrooms, removing trash/rubbish, etc. May include deep cleans of public area, Hub kitchen, the Den.
  • Ensure that work is accurate throughout and to the highest standard
  • Handle and store chemicals in line with hotel regulations and any local legislative requirements
  • Greet and acknowledge guests
  • Respond to feedback, special requests and act to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Report all maintenance issues on daily basis
  • Demonstrate personal ownership of the tasks and follow through to get optimum results
  • Monitor and control supplies and amenities, and minimize waste within all areas of housekeeping
  • Report, turn in, and/or log all lost and found items according to established procedures
