Job Description We are looking for a detail-driven and proactive Public Area Supervisor to join our Housekeeping team. This role is responsible for ensuring that all public spaces across the property are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest comfort. If you take pride in immaculate spaces, strong team leadership, and delivering exceptional guest experiences, we would love to hear from you. Public Area Standards Ensure all public areas are maintained to exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards at all times. Conduct regular inspections of lobbies, corridors, restrooms, meeting spaces, and outdoor areas. Address maintenance issues promptly and coordinate with Engineering when required. Team Supervision Supervise public area attendants and allocate daily cleaning assignments. Provide guidance, training, and ongoing support to ensure team performance meets hotel standards. Monitor productivity and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Qualifications Previous experience in Public Area supervision within a hotel or luxury hospitality environment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness. Good communication and organisational skills. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. Knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemical handling procedures is an advantage.
