About the Role As Public Areas Team Leader, you will help us ensure our resort is always up to standard in line with our IHG luxury principles. Your day to day will involve: Attending to guest requests, reporting any maintenance concerns, assisting the wider Housekeeping Team as needed and supporting the leadership and motivating the team through leading by example.
