Job Description
We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-focused Public Area Attendant to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our public and back-of-house areas, contributing to a safe and welcoming environment for both guests and team members.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A positive, friendly attitude with a strong focus on guest service
  • Physically fit and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining presentation standards
  • Flexible and reliable, with availability to work across a rotating seven-day roster, including weekends and public holidays
    Additional Information
Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and maintaining public and back-of-house areas in line with hotel standards
  • Supporting stocktakes and ensuring proper use and storage of cleaning products
  • Following all safety and hygiene procedures when handling cleaning equipment and chemicals
  • Assisting with housekeeping tasks including room cleaning, houseman duties, laundry, and uniform areas
  • Responding to guest and team member requests promptly and professionally
