Your new role is to fully support the PA Supervisor in running an efficient, team oriented, and customer focused department. To operate in accordance with all of the company’s policies and procedures, as stated in your terms and conditions of employment.
The role of Public Area Cleaning Attendant requires that the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene be maintained throughout the hotel, ensuring guests comfort throughout their stay.

Public Area Cleaning Attendant (includes but not limited to):

• To clean and service the resorts bathrooms, public areas and employee areas. (Canteen)
• To check all tasks delegated to Public Areas are completed ensuring that standards have been met and maintained.
• To anticipate guests needs and ensure that service is provided to the level they require.
• To have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all standards of performance and delivery within the accommodation/Public Area department
• To deal with any customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
• To ensure that all guests are made to feel welcome.
• To ensure that service is consistently delivered by all team members.

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, & EXPERIENCE

• Leaving Cert or Equivalent
• Minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with groups, personal initiative, and leadership ability
• Basic knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, )
