Fourwinds Lakeside Inn & Marina (est. 1976) is a premier waterfront destination located on Lake Monroe in Bloomington, IN. Renowned for its lakeside lodging, full-service marina, and relaxed dining and entertainment, Fourwinds offers guests a complete lakefront experience. With its scenic views and welcoming atmosphere, Fourwinds remains a cornerstone of the Lake Monroe lifestyle for both visitors and the local lake community. RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain cleanliness and appearance of all public spaces throughout the day, responding promptly to spills, debris, or guest traffic. Clean glass surfaces, doors, railings, and high-touch areas to maintain a polished appearance. Restock public restrooms with paper products, soap, and other supplies as needed. Monitor public areas for maintenance issues or safety concerns and report them promptly. Provide courteous and professional interactions with guests when encountered in public areas. Ensure meeting rooms and public spaces are vacuumed and dust-free before and after events. REQUIREMENTS: Must pass background check. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed. Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
