The Concessions Beverage Attendant is primarily responsible for preparing and serving beverages, ensuring all services meet Club standards. Pay Rate: $10.00/hr Essential Functions of the Job Assist the Supervisor with deliveries, service areas and maintaining sufficient levels at all outlets. Assist in the setup and breakdown of all special events. Display a strong knowledge of the menu. Maintain efficient operation of the stand or bars and wine service areas. Ensure that all beverage storage facility equipment is working properly and report maintenance issues in accordance with established procedures, ensuring the safety and security of all inventories. Assist with all opening and closing duties. Maintain accurate usage records of supplies and complete appropriate paperwork for all purchase requests. Greet and direct all members, players, caddies, and patrons in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner. Other Duties and Responsibilities Maintains the confidentiality of all Club business. Demonstrates a commitment to upholding professional standards in the work environment. Performs other duties which are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job. Attends mandatory orientation and training sessions. Required to work schedule as defined by the department to include holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed. Qualifications/Skills/Knowledge/Attributes (required unless stated otherwise) Augusta National's practice requires candidates to be at least 18 years of age. Food preparation and/or service experience preferred. Displays interpersonal skills to work within a team environment. Ability to work in conditions that may include heat, cold, rain, or other adverse conditions. Requires stooping, bending, lifting, and transporting of objects up to 30 pounds. Requires sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Displays integrity and sincerity when interacting with others.
