Job Description You take pride in keeping things clean and tidy. By cleaning our public areas, you will create a pleasant atmosphere in your Motel One, including: Upholding and implementing our Motel One cleaning standards Performing various tasks in communal areas and assisting Housekeeping staff, especially with linen Professionally and productively working with external cleaning contractors Gaining interdepartmental insights into new areas of activity by working in our multicultural teams Occasionally support the team as a Housekeeping Supervisor, duties including: Shared responsibility for ordering and deliveries within the housekeeping department Collaboration with internal and external cleaning staff Ensuring and implementing Motel One Housekeeping standards and responsibility for cleanliness in all areas Co-responsibility for the implementation of internal coaching, cross-training and induction of new employees in Housekeeping Cross-departmental insights into new areas of activity through cooperation in our multicultural teams Qualifications Whether you are a hotel professional or changing careers – you will fit in here!
