Job Description Inetum is looking for a Public Cloud Administrator (Azure) to join our shared operations team, supporting multiple customers in a 24/7 production environment. 🎯 Mission Administer and operate Azure public cloud environments. Handle daily operations: monitoring, incidents, service requests, and standard changes. Participate in on‑call rotation to ensure service continuity and SLA compliance. Work closely with cloud engineers, architects, systems, network, security and DevOps teams. 📌 Main Responsibilities Operate and manage Azure resources following approved runbooks and procedures. Execute standard changes (VMs, storage, networking, backups, etc.). Monitor environments, troubleshoot L2 incidents and escalate when needed. Support security, governance, backup/restore and cost‑optimization routines. Update documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing. Qualifications 1–3 years in IT operations (cloud/systems), ideally with hands‑on Azure. Practical knowledge of Azure services: VMs, VNet, Storage, Monitor, Log Analytics. Basic AWS knowledge is a plus. Networking & security fundamentals (VNet/VPC, SG/NSG, VPN, firewalls). Ability to run/adapt scripts (PowerShell, Bash). Basic understanding of IaC tools (Terraform, ARM/Bicep) and CI/CD pipelines. Good knowledge of Linux and Windows Server administration. Certifications (Azure/AWS/ITIL) are valued but not mandatory. Strong troubleshooting mindset and attention to detail. Ability to follow procedures and work in a structured environment. Team player with clear communication. Availability for on‑call duties.
