POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Director of Development, the Public Education and Training Administrator will play a central role in the coordination of education and training opportunities provided by Klinic. The incumbent will work with internal teams to schedule, plan, and execute a variety of workshops and trainings, and manage ongoing promotional and outreach activities to ensure attendance goals are met.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Grade 12 Graduate, Manitoba Standards.
An undergraduate degree or diploma in a related field (e.g. Business Administration).
Coursework/certification in adult and/or continuing education is an asset.
Minimum three (3) years’ experience planning, coordinating and implementing staff education sessions and events.
A combination of education and experience may be considered.
Demonstrated experience developing and implementing strategies including but not limited to outreach, communication, education and/or social media strategies.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Outlook).
Demonstrated experience preparing public facing content for a variety of audiences including reports, posters, brochures, letters, social media content, etc.
Demonstrated experience with a variety of digital software (Canva, WordPress, HootSuite, ConstantContact) is required.

Previous experience developing and implementing administrative systems to ensure streamlined processes.
Demonstrated experience writing reports.
Demonstrated experience compiling, analyzing and interpreting statistics.
Demonstrated ability to effectively liaise with other organizations, develop and maintain partnerships.
Demonstrated ability to be future focused and anticipate future needs.
Knowledge of community health services an asset.
Satisfactory Criminal Record, Child Abuse and Adult Abuse Registry checks.
