The Billingshurst hub is run successfully by a team of volunteers who dedicate their time and skills to supporting the local community, liaising between the public and the police.
The Role & Key Responsibilities
You will be the first point of call to a member of the public coming into the hub and will be able to signpost them to the appropriate team or department within Sussex Police or make them aware that their concern is not a policing matter.
Please note you will not be expected to deal with 999 calls or responses.
