Description

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Public & Government Relations Officer to manage government processes and ensure compliance with Saudi regulations. The role serves as the company’s liaison with government authorities, overseeing submissions, follow-ups, and administrative documentation to support smooth business operations. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and process visit visa requests (business and government-sponsored), including issuance, renewals, and cancellations through MOFA or related authorities. Handle in-person visits to ministries (e.g., MOFA, Jawazat, Labor Office, MISA) for submissions, collections, follow-ups, and escalations. Manage external certified translation and attestation processes (e.g., MOFA visits, official translation company coordination). Assist with government follow-ups related to GOSI or other platforms when directed by HR Monitor and ensure timely renewal of all official company documents, including but not limited to: Support the onboarding process by coordinating the preparation and dispatch of assets (e.g., laptops, SIM cards, employment documents), including arranging handovers or courier drop-offs when required. Experience in public or government relations roles Saudi National Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken) Valid Saudi driving licence with the ability to conduct ministry visits Familiarity with government platforms and procedures Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines High attention to detail and a proactive approach to issue resolution About Pixomondo (PXO) PXO, a Sony Pictures Entertainment company, creates industry-leading Visualization, Virtual Production and Visual Effects for premium Film and Episodic content.
