Description IHRC Inc. seeks a dedicated and experienced Public Health Analyst III to support our clients at Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)/Coronavirus and Other Respiratory Viruses Division (CORVD). CORVD’s mission is to provide the health of people by preventing illness, disability and death from respiratory viruses through public health science and practice in the United States and globally. This position is needed for accomplishing CORVD’s mission. Provide support in managing reporting requirements, including developing the communication slides that are presented during meetings and of a similar nature. Manage tracking spreadsheets for all materials in communications clearance and for all communications projects. Provide support for clearance triage, tracking, and follow-up to ensure clearance requests reach the appropriate members of the team in a timely manner. Maintain team’s staffing roster and roll on/roll off dates. Run web, social media metrics reports and shares them with team leadership and other stakeholders as necessary. Manage CORVD comms email box. Screen emails for critical event-specific emails that require attention from team leadership or other team leaders. Assist the leadership in responding to various inquiries from various sources. Attend meetings, as appropriate, take notes for team leadership, and disseminate notes as directed; identify hot issues and themes. Communicate daily with communication team and other CORVD leadership with updates and status of documents that require attention and action. Liaise with other teams, as needed. Work with the team and respective stakeholders to revise documents, processes, etc. based on feedback and reports. Create graphics, presentation, and visual contents for various stakeholders and optimize 508 compliancy. Work with SMEs to develop creative briefs and concepts. Maage and monitor the establishment of protocols and standard operating procedures. Create various database. May need to provide supervision for junior level employees. Requirements MS with 10+ years’ experience Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills Ability to multitask and be flexible in emergency situations Desired Qualifications Experience with Adobe Creative Suites and MS SharePoint Experience with 508 Compliance requirements Experience working in a federal or State level government Experience with federal government level cooperative agreements process Experience with federal government grant/contract process Experience with internal communication tools such as SharePoint
