JOB DESCRIPTION

Carnival UK is in search of a Public Health Manager, who is crucial in supporting our direction and nurturing a high-performing team.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Overseeing the development, maintenance, and implementation of public health operation practices
  • Supporting Health Operations Centre, and shipboard Public Health Officers in resolving public health emergencies
  • Conducting audits, reporting public health inspection results, and assisting with cost management
  • Providing public health advice to business partners and ensuring compliance with relevant public health laws, standards, and regulations

Positioned within our internal structure from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President), this role is classified as a CUK07, offered as a full-time position, on a fixed term basis, we offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.

REQUIREMENTS: YOUR EXPERTISE AND LEADERSHIP

To thrive as a Public Health Manager, we’re looking for:

  • Strong managerial skills with the ability to prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment
  • Extensive experience in Public Health with experience managing Public Health operations
  • Proven experience in conducting public health data analysis and producing technical and lay reports
  • Knowledge of a range of public health topics including food hygiene, water safety, infectious disease control, and health and safety
