Are you a dynamic and strategic manager with a passion for public health and operational excellence? Norfolk County Council is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead our established Public Health Office — a centralised hub of critical functions supporting the delivery of public health services across the county.
Our public health office function provides support across the senior management team and wider public health service, ensuring that both our day-to-day and annual programme delivery priorities are appropriately resourced from a business and project support perspective.
In this pivotal role, you will:
Support the Public Health Senior Management Team (SMT) in strategic planning and resource deployment.Lead on business continuity, internal communications, and quality management systems.
We’re looking for someone who is:
Experienced in managing complex public sector operations and leading high-performing teams.Adept at navigating political environments and working with elected officials.
