Responsibilities:

  • Contract Management
  • Oversee and manage the execution of public lighting maintenance and installation contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and client specifications.
  • Monitor contract performance to ensure the timely delivery of agreed services and completion of projects.
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to resolve disputes or issues promptly.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance and installation activities to meet project timelines and quality standards.
  • Ensure resources, including materials, labour, and equipment, are effectively allocated and managed.
  • Supervise on-site teams to ensure adherence to safety and operational standards.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the client and other stakeholders, including local authorities, ESB Networks, and community groups.
  • Maintain open communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and expectations.
  • Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance
  • Promote and enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Implement risk assessments and mitigation strategies to address potential hazards.
  • Liaise with Health & Safety team Investigate and report any incidents, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
  • Financial and Resource Management
  • Manage budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered within financial constraints.
  • Prepare and analyse cost reports, identifying areas for potential savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Oversee procurement processes to ensure the availability of materials and services at competitive rates.
  • Quality Assurance
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure high standards in maintenance and installation.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of service delivery.
  • Ensure all works are completed in line with design specifications and technical standards.
