Responsibilities:
- Contract Management
- Oversee and manage the execution of public lighting maintenance and installation contracts, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and client specifications.
- Monitor contract performance to ensure the timely delivery of agreed services and completion of projects.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to resolve disputes or issues promptly.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance and installation activities to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Ensure resources, including materials, labour, and equipment, are effectively allocated and managed.
- Supervise on-site teams to ensure adherence to safety and operational standards.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client and other stakeholders, including local authorities, ESB Networks, and community groups.
- Maintain open communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and expectations.
- Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance
- Promote and enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Implement risk assessments and mitigation strategies to address potential hazards.
- Liaise with Health & Safety team Investigate and report any incidents, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
- Financial and Resource Management
- Manage budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered within financial constraints.
- Prepare and analyse cost reports, identifying areas for potential savings and efficiency improvements.
- Oversee procurement processes to ensure the availability of materials and services at competitive rates.
- Quality Assurance
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure high standards in maintenance and installation.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of service delivery.
- Ensure all works are completed in line with design specifications and technical standards.
