JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage all government-related processes, ensure timely completion of documentation, and maintain compliance with UAE laws and regulations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
• Proven experience as a PRO in the UAE, preferably in the manufacturing or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and government procedures.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic (spoken & written) preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Ability to join immediately.

• Handle all applications, renewals, and cancellations with GDRFA, MOHRE, DED, Municipality, Chamber of Commerce, and other relevant authorities.
• Process visas, Emirates ID, work permits, labor contracts, and related documents.
• Maintain accurate records of all company-related government transactions.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, immigration policies, and business regulations.
• Liaise with internal departments to provide support on legal and governmental matters.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials and agencies.
