COMPANY OVERVIEW:

We are a dynamic and growing organization seeking a highly skilled and proactive Business Operations and Compliance Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless company operations by efficiently managing licensing, visa processing, and government-related documentation while supporting our business process outsourcing (BPO) services and consulting functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance, administrative support, and excellent communication skills. The position requires proactive engagement with government authorities, internal teams, and clients to maintain compliance, streamline processes, and enhance operational efficiency.
Additionally, the role contributes to business development by supporting sales efforts, client retention, and cross-functional administrative tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Certifications in administration or related disciplines are an advantage.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in administrative roles, with a focus on company licensing, visa management, or BPO services.
  • Strong understanding of UAE & KSA’s business setup, licensing, and visa processes.
  • Experience in dealing with government rules and regulations across various government entities.
  • Experience working with government documentation and business setup processes in UAE & KSA .
  • Proven ability to manage and maintain company operations and support client-facing services.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Arabic will be a added advantage
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of local laws and regulations, especially in relation to company licensing, visa processes, and government documentation.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other office productivity tools.
  • Experience with the government portal is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  1. Company Licensing & Renewals
  • Ensure the timely renewal and management of Clients licenses and permits.
  • Coordinate with government authorities to complete licensing procedures and resolve any compliance issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of all licensing documents and track expiration dates to ensure renewals are completed on time.
  • Serve as the primary administrator for the clients governmental portals .
  • Assist clients with business setup processes, including licensing and renewals ,Visa ,Cancellations etc .
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional services to clients during the business setup process.
  • Provide expert guidance on KSA-specific licensing requirements and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with KSA’s regulatory environment, including the latest updates and changes in licensing policies.
  • Facilitate the setup of new companies in KSA, including obtaining necessary permits and registrations.

9. AD-HOC TASKS

  • Assist with any ad-hoc tasks or special projects assigned by senior management or department heads.
  • Provide operational support for internal teams, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and within deadlines.
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements and help streamline business operations as needed.
  • Respond to urgent requirements and assist with any departmental needs on a case-by-case basis.
