We are looking for a skilled Public Relation Officer- Customs Clearance with in-depth knowledge Sharjah Custom’s ( Mandatory)
· At least 1 or 2 year of custom clearance experience in Dubai & Sharjah port and customs.
· Strong understanding of the UAEs Import-Export and logistic market.
· Experience in preparing exemptions and permissions
· Excellent communication skills in English Writing and Speaking.

Perform and implement all customs clearance activities such as following up on incoming shipments, documents transactions and day to day related activities in accordance with the objectives, policies and procedures.
Managing all the documentation and submission through E-Mirsal is mandatory.
Should have an excellent knowledge in Sharjah Customs both Land & Sea.
Closely monitoring all inbound and outbound international shipments.
Preparing documents for Customs Clearance and Customs submission on time.
Experience in Import & Export documentation
Following up with Sharjah Customs for duties refund
Following up with clients for related temporary imports, re-export documents
Preparing Export documents such as Invoice, Packing List, Exit Certificate, Export Declaration etc.
Handling all kind of customs clearance process and Freight forwarding of Sea and air
