REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a PRO in the construction
• Degree in Civil Engineering or related
• Strong knowledge of government regulations and compliance in the construction industry
• Proficiency in government portals
• Excellent communication, knowledge of Arabic language is a plus
• Valid UAE driving license is required
• Candidate must have their own vehicle for this role

• Act as the primary point of contact between the company and UAE government authorities such as Dubai Municipality, RTA, DDA, DEWA, DED, Civil Defense
• Manage all government-related applications for permits, licenses and approvals through online portals
• Liaise with government agencies to obtain necessary approvals
• Visit project teams on-site for coordination
• Ensure timely renewal of licenses
