REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Public Relations Officer (PRO) or similar role in Dubai.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa regulations, and government processes.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with PR strategies and media relations is a plus.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• A valid UAE driver’s license is preferred (if required).
• Ability to adapt to a part-time schedule with potential for full-time transition.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) who is familiar with local regulations, government relations, and official documentation processing in Dubai. The ideal candidate will help manage our public relations efforts, handle government communications, and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as the company’s liaison with government authorities, including immigration, labor, and licensing departments.
• Handle the processing and renewal of all company documents, such as visas, labor cards, and trade licenses.
• Facilitate and manage government approvals and compliance with local regulations.
• Represent the company in meetings with government officials and ensure all documentation is in order.
• Assist in managing public relations activities, including media outreach and events, as required.
• Provide guidance on local regulations and industry best practices.
• Monitor and report on regulatory changes that may impact the company.
