Job Description Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Public Relations Associate to join our growing team. This role plays a key part in managing our public image, developing communication strategies, and fostering relationships with media outlets, partners, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing and communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a strategic approach to external communications. Responsibilities Develop and execute public relations strategies aligned with company objectives Draft press releases, media kits, talking points, and other communication materials Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media representatives, and community leaders Monitor media coverage and prepare regular PR reports and performance insights Assist in organizing public events, conferences, and community outreach initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, HR, operations) to ensure consistent messaging Act as a spokesperson when needed and support crisis communication efforts Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or media relations Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with media monitoring and press distribution tools is a plus Exceptional attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset Additional Information Benefits Competitive salary: $58,000 – $63,000 annually Opportunities for professional growth and internal advancement Supportive and collaborative work environment Skill development programs and training workshops Paid time off and holiday benefits Health and wellness support packages
