Description

The Public Relations Coordinator will provide comprehensive administrative support to the PR department and employees, with a particular focus on assisting the team in updating and maintaining necessary government-related documentation, including ILOE, abroad job orders, and other compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in facilitating government processes and ensuring timely completion of related tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in government relations, PRO support, or HR administration in the UAE.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with UAE Labour Law, ILOE requirements, and immigration procedures.
  • Understanding of MOHRE and GDRFA online systems.

SKILLS:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
  • Attend meetings, prepare agendas, and take detailed minutes.
  • Handle ILOE payments and monitor both new and renewal insurance applications.
  • Oversee quota availability for each company trade license and coordinate with management accordingly.
  • Coordinate with shop managers for Taqeem inspections.
  • Prepare and manage documentation for applying job orders abroad.
  • Monitor manpower status related to approved job orders.
  • Retrieve and organize fully processed employee documents such as contracts and labor cards.
  • Update HR master files, including assigning employee codes.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports related to PR and government activities.
  • Serve as the point of contact for staff regarding government-related queries and requirements.
