JOB SUMMARY

Reach Global Marketing Ltd. is seeking a Public Relations Manager. REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience preferably in the field of tourism (motor coach), hospitality or airline
  • Professional in verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven experience in public relations or a related field
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies
  • Knowledge of media relations best practices
  • Interpersonal skills including presentation, public speaking, and client interaction skills.
  • Proficient in English, French speaking is a plus!
  • Strong account management skills with a proven track record of successful achievements
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and possession of a vehicle would be preferred.
  • Based in Toronto
  • 3 days in office including partner meetings with KPIs
  • Travel will be required - must be able to travel outside Canada with a valid Passport

Responsibilities
  • Maximizing company’s and client’s target by planning and implementing media relations, business sales, and marketing strategies
  • Achieve set KPIs for multiple clients
  • Achieve goals in plans for pitching, media relations/desk side meetings, FAMs, planning and executing events, marketing strategy, presentations, social media management, growing product and all execution .
  • Educating the trade by creating content
  • Formulating, developing, implementing, and evaluating marketing and influencer programs
  • Organizing and implementing promotional campaigns and any other promotional activities.
  • Preparing proposal and reports; maintaining contact profiles to ensure accurate and timely information, building itineraries and travel for media.
  • Carrying out market intelligence to evaluate market potential for clients and to monitor changes.
  • Represent client(s) to participate in trade/road shows, missions, marketplaces.
  • Support the Leisure Team, when possible, to build relationships in our markets. (Trade shows, Events, etc.)
  • Reporting, Administration, Expense Reports, Managing budgets by account.
  • Escort groups when required on FAMs
  • Support in administrative and general tasks assigned by the management.
  • Travel Required and flexibility for some evening events.
