Your Role Driving Earned Media and Profile Building Develop and execute proactive and highly effective earned media strategies to secure positive coverage in top-tier financial, business, and technology media. Create and implement innovative public relations campaigns to enhance Tamara’s public profile and build visibility for its products and mission in a fast-paced fintech environment. Identify opportunities to profile key company leaders and the business across traditional and emerging media platforms, such as podcasts. Media Relations and Outreach Support the Press Office by proactively seeking media opportunities, managing inbound press inquiries, and addressing issues as they arise. Build and maintain strong, effective relationships with financial, business, and technology journalists, editors, Fintech Thought leaders and media outlets. Handle strategic writing projects, including the development of talking points, statements, press releases. Reputation Management and Strategy Act as a core part of the reputation management and crisis communications team. Prepare company spokespeople for media interviews, including developing supporting materials. Monitor media coverage and sentiment, analyzing trends to provide insights and recommendations that inform future strategy. Your Expertise Has 5–8 years of experience in public relations and media relations, ideally with a focus on a high-growth fintech or tech environment. Is skilled at building and nurturing relationships with external media contacts and internal senior executives/stakeholders. Excels at writing clear, compelling, and persuasive press materials and communications that capture attention and convey key messages effectively. Is a motivated self-starter comfortable anticipating challenges, finding creative solutions, and working independently to achieve high-level goals. All qualified individuals are encouraged to apply!
