• Support the implementation of public relations initiatives aligned with the master work programme to help achieve project objectives.
• Handle public feedback and complaints professionally, providing full support on media and public relations matters related to the contract.
• Prepare and distribute advance work notices and regular public updates via pamphlets, letters, and other approved publicity materials.
• Plan and conduct outreach and engagement activities for the public, residents, and nearby occupants to communicate the impact of construction before each phase begins.
• Coordinate and attend meetings with the project team on public relations matters, as needed.
• Compile and submit monthly reports detailing received feedback and complaints, along with corresponding follow-up actions.
• Arrange and conduct defect inspections based on stakeholder feedback.
• Track, document, and follow up on public feedback through to case resolution.
• Conduct site visits to address public concerns and issues on-site.
• Foster and maintain positive relations with the public throughout the duration of the construction project.Carry out additional public relations duties as assigned by your supervisor or management.
