• Build strong media ties and create press content that highlights the company’s innovation in AI, cloud, and digital transformation.
• Manage public relations efforts for events, product launches, and awards. Boost milestone visibility through media outreach and executive profiling.
• Develop whitepapers, success stories, and case studies with partners to showcase joint solutions and industry influence.
• Oversee digital communication on LinkedIn, Twitter, and blogs. Create multimedia content and campaigns to grow reach and brand loyalty.
• Support leadership with clear internal messaging during change. Maintain crisis protocols and guide on reputation risk when needed.
• Set key performance indicators and track public relations performance. Report on media sentiment, reach, and engagement to refine strategy and show business value.
