We are looking for a well-organized and experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage all government-related documentation and formal communication with authorities, embassies, and external stakeholders. The PRO will ensure smooth regulatory compliance, timely processing of employee and company requirements, and official representation with government departments.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• 2–5 years of proven experience as a PRO in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, visa, immigration, and licensing processes.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
• Established network of contacts within government departments.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with UAE government portals (MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, Free Zones).
• High level of discretion in handling confidential information
