In light of our ambitious goals and expanding operations, we are seeking a dedicated Public Relations Officer who will play a pivotal role in fostering and maintaining relationships with government entities. This position demands someone who is proactive, knowledgeable in regulatory frameworks, and strategic in their engagement efforts, while promoting our mission and values. The ideal candidate is responsible for managing all government-related documentation and processes for employees and the company. This role ensures full compliance with UAE labor laws and immigration regulations, while providing efficient, professional, and proactive support to facilitate smooth business operations and employee experiences. Responsibilities Government Liaison & Compliance Manage all visa processes for employees, including new visas, renewals, cancellations, and amendments through MOHRE, GDRFA, and other relevant authorities. Coordinate with government departments such as DED, RERA, Dubai Municipality, and others for company license renewals, approvals, and documentation. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE labor, immigration, and visa regulations, ensuring the company remains compliant. Prepare and submit all official letters and documents to government bodies in Arabic and English as required. Maintain accurate and current records of all company legal documents, licenses, and employee visa statuses. Employee Services Facilitate Emirates ID, medical testing, and insurance enrolment for new joiners. Assist employees with labor card renewals, family visa applications, and other related administrative processes. Provide guidance to employees regarding UAE labor law procedures and updates when relevant. Ensure timely communication and coordination with employees regarding visa and government-related requirements. Company Representation Represent Cencorp in all interactions with UAE government departments and external stakeholders in a professional manner. Support the People team and management with government-related advice and documentation for business initiatives. Maintain positive working relationships with key contacts in ministries and service centers to ensure efficient processing. Reporting & Documentation Track and report on all visa-related costs, expiry dates, and renewals. Maintain a digital record of all documentation in alignment with the company’s data protection and recordkeeping policies. Assist in audits and compliance reviews related to employment and business licensing. At least 5 years of experience in government relations, public affairs, or a similar role. Real Estate experience is preferred. Strong understanding of the regulatory environment and governmental processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders. Proven ability to advocate for organizational interests effectively. Strong analytical skills to assess regulatory impacts on the organization. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Fluent in English and Arabic.
