REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a PRO or in a similar capacity within a UAE business setup or corporate environment.
  • Solid knowledge of UAE regulatory frameworks, licensing procedures, immigration rules, and government systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal English—additional languages (Hindi, etc.) are assets.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with government portals and systems (e.g., Tasheel, Amer, ICP platforms).
  • High-level client service mindset.
  • UAE driving license preferred.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience working in Mainland and Free Zone environments.
  • Familiarity with PRO software or digital workflow tools.
  • Previous exposure to related areas like accounting, VAT, trademark registration, or business setup consultancy.

Responsibilities
  • Manage government interactions for obtaining trade licenses, visas, work permits, and company renewals.
  • Prepare, submit, and follow-up on essential documentation, ensuring compliance with local laws.
  • Coordinate PRO tasks for Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore business setups.
  • Liaise with immigration and licensing authorities on behalf of clients.
  • Track application statuses and proactively address delays or issues.
  • Support clients through company setup, documentation submissions, renewals, and amendments.
  • Communicate updates clearly to internal teams (e.g., finance, legal, marketing) and clients.
  • Maintain accurate records and logs of PRO processes and submissions.
  • Ensure timely processing and completion of all regulatory tasks.
  • Help streamline procedures and documentation workflows in collaboration with internal departments.
