Job Title: Public Relations Officer (PRO)
Location: Dubai, UAE

Reporting to: HR Manager / General Manager
Type: Full-Time

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to handle all official government-related tasks and ensure compliance with UAE labor, visa, and company registration regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UAE laws and hands-on experience dealing with ministries, immigration, and other government bodies.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a PRO in the UAE (minimum 3–5 years).
  • Deep knowledge of UAE labor, visa, and company laws.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken & written).
  • Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with online government portals (Tasheel, MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, etc.) What We Offer:

Responsibilities
  • Process and renew employment visas, labor cards, Emirates IDs, medical tests, and other government documents.
  • Handle the renewal of trade licenses, municipality permits, and other company certifications.
  • Liaise with immigration, MOL, MOHRE, DED, Chamber of Commerce, Civil Defence, and other UAE government departments.
  • Prepare and submit documentation for company formation, license amendments, vehicle registrations, and tenancy contracts.
  • Monitor and maintain records for visa expiries, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Assist employees with attestation of certificates, passport renewals, and exit permits.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor and immigration laws, keeping the company informed of changes.
  • Maintain good relationships with key government personnel and represent the company in a professional manner.
