We are seeking a dynamic and creative Public Relations Specialist with experience in healthcare or the dental industry. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the public image of our organization, developing effective communication strategies, and fostering positive relationships with the media and the public. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a knack for research, and the ability to engage audiences effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in PR, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven track record of successful media placements and campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of the dental industry and its key players is a plus.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital PR tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive public relations strategies to enhance the organization’s image.
  • Write articles, and other promotional materials to communicate key messages.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute PR campaigns for product launches, events, and corporate initiatives.
  • Proofread all communications to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Social Media: Collaborate with the digital marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across social platforms.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in organizing community outreach programs.
  • Reporting: Monitor and analyze PR campaign performance and provide regular reports to CEO
  • Conduct research on market trends and audience preferences to inform PR strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging across various platforms.
