We’re looking for someone hands-on, sharp, and fearless—a team player with deep experience in UAE Mainland and Free Zone procedures, labor and immigration systems, and banking compliance. If that sounds like you, read on.

What You’ll Do1. Company Formation & Government Liaison

• Set up companies in Mainland and Free Zones across the UAE.
• Liaise with authorities including TASHEEL, Immigration, Free Zones, and other government entities.
• Handle labor contracts, visa applications, trade licenses, and corporate paperwork.
• Collect and deliver official documents (Emirates IDs, company stamps, licenses) on behalf of clients.

1. Banking & Compliance Support

• Assist clients with opening corporate bank accounts.
• Ensure accurate submission of all banking and WPS-related documentation.
• Stay updated and compliant with UAE banking and government regulations.

1. Client Relationship Management & Business Development

• Own and maintain the client database for seamless follow-up and retention.
• Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth and professional start.
• Represent the company at government departments, Free Zones, and banks.
• Attend business events and client meetings to expand our network.

1. Daily Operations & Logistics

• Travel extensively to meet clients and attend to document submissions.
• Ensure timely and efficient completion of all assigned tasks.
• Adapt quickly to changing needs and take initiative daily.

1. Problem Solving & Process Improvement

• Take full responsibility for outcomes—no task is too big or too small.
• Actively suggest ways to improve workflows and increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with an international team to create better solutions.
