JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a professional and experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to handle government-related tasks and ensure compliance with Sharjah laws, immigration procedures, and regulations from the Department of Economic Development (DED) and other relevant authorities. The candidate must have prior experience in the business setup industry.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience working as a PRO in the business setup industry (Mandatory).
• In-depth knowledge of Sharjah government regulations, including immigration, labor, and economic departments.
• Familiarity with free zone and mainland company formation processes in Sharjah.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Valid UAE driving license is a plus.

• Manage all government-related documentation and processes for new company formations, license renewals, modifications, and cancellations in Sharjah.
• Liaise with Sharjah Immigration, DED, Labour Department, Municipality, and other government bodies as needed.
• Handle visa applications, renewals, cancellations, Emirates ID processing, labor card applications, and other related services.
• Ensure compliance with current laws and regulations related to business setup and employee documentation.
• Track expiration dates and handle timely renewals of trade licenses, visas, and permits.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to all PRO services.
• Represent the company during visits to government departments and assist clients with relevant procedures.
• Keep up-to-date with changes in procedures, rules, and regulations related to Sharjah’s business and immigration sectors.
