JOB DESCRIPTION

DHANGUARD is looking for an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our team in Dubai. The PRO will not only handle government-related services such as company formation, trade license applications, visa processing, and regulatory compliance, but also play an active role in supporting business growth by engaging clients and driving sales opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS

· Minimum 1-3 years of UAE experience as a PRO (preferably in a business setup or consultancy firm).
· Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, immigration rules, and company setup procedures.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
· Proficiency in preparing and submitting government-related documents.
· Client-focused mindset with the ability to support sales conversions and upselling.
· Comfortable interacting with prospective clients to explain processes and highlight services.

Responsibilities

· Manage all activities related to company formation, trade licenses, and renewals (Mainland & Free Zone).
· Handle visa applications, renewals, and cancellations (employment, residence, investor, dependent).
· Liaise with DED, MOHRE, Immigration, Chamber of Commerce, Municipality, and Free Zone Authorities.
· Submit and follow up on all official letters, applications, and NOCs.
· Ensure timely renewal of company documents such as visas, Emirates IDs, and labor cards.
· Stay updated on UAE laws and government regulations to ensure compliance.
· Support clients with attestation, notarization, and legalization of documents.
· Assist the sales team by explaining government procedures to potential clients, increasing conversion rates.
· Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional services (accounting, VAT, compliance, visas, banking solutions).
· Maintain strong client relationships to encourage renewals, referrals, and repeat business.
· Contribute to revenue targets by supporting business development activities.
