REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience as a PRO in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, Emiratization regulations, and government processes.
  • Experience in handling OHC, medical fitness, and visa formalities is essential.
  • Proficient in using UAE government portals (TASHEEL, GDRFA, DHA, MOHRE, etc.).
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license.

Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE:

To manage and process all government-related documentation and approvals for the company and employees in compliance with UAE laws, with a focus on Emiratization, labor law updates, visa processing, and Occupational Health Card (OHC) formalities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage visa applications (new, renewal, cancellation) for employees and their dependents through MOHRE, GDRFA, and relevant UAE portals.
  • Handle Emirates ID, OHC (Occupational Health Card), medical test appointments, and insurance procedures.
  • Ensure timely renewal of trade licenses, labor quotas, tenancy contracts, and company registrations with various government bodies.
  • Support HR in all Emiratization processes, including job postings, reporting, and coordination with Tawteen and other authorities.
  • Act as a company representative for external communication with ministries (MOHRE, Immigration, DED, Municipality, DHA, etc.).
  • Monitor updates on labor law, visa rules, and health regulations; advise management accordingly.
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes related to government paperwork.
  • Maintain proper documentation and tracking of all PRO-related work.
  • Liaise with government relations officers, legal consultants, and regulatory bodies when needed.
