JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The PRO will be responsible for handling all government-related documentation and liaising with relevant authorities to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Saudi labor laws, visa processing, and corporate government relations.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Public Relations Officer in Saudi Arabia.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is required.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of Saudi labor laws, government processes, and regulatory compliance.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using government e-services (Muqeem, Qiwa, MOL, GOSI, etc.).
  • Personal Attributes: Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Nationality: Saudi nationals preferred, or candidates with transferable Iqama.
Responsibilities
  • Process and renew visas, Iqamas, work permits, and other government-related documents for employees.
  • Ensure company compliance with government regulations and keep up to date with new policies.
  • Liaise with various government departments, including the Ministry of Labor, GOSI, Chamber of Commerce, and other authorities.
  • Prepare and submit reports, legal documents, and applications as required.
  • Assist in resolving issues related to governmental procedures and provide support for labor law requirements.
  • Maintain and develop professional relationships with government officials and relevant external entities.
  • Handle company license renewals, commercial registration, and other legal paperwork.
  • Support HR and administration departments in all PRO-related matters.
