Job Summary The PRO will be responsible for managing government relations, company licensing, legal documentation, and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities The key duties and responsibilities of the Public Relations Officer include, but are not limited to: - Government Relations: Act as the primary liaison between the company and government authorities, including MOHRE, GDRFA, and Chambers of Commerce. - Corporate Licensing: Handle the submission, renewal, and amendment of commercial registrations, trade licenses, and Leasing agreement attestation . - Documentation & Compliance: Maintain up-to-date company legal documents, while staying informed about local labor laws and regulations. - Fines & Legal Resolutions: Represent the company in resolving issues, fines, or disputes with government and municipal authorities. Required Skills & Qualifications - Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as a PRO in the local market. - Languages: Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is highly preferred. - Network: Strong existing relationships within local government departments and ministries. - Technical Skills: Deep familiarity with online portals such as Tasheel, Amer, Smart Channels, and MOHRE. - Attributes: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality. - Logistics: A valid local driving license is essential.
