PRO (Public Relations Officer) position at STREE Group, covering all necessary aspects, including MOHRE processes, government procedures, and experience requirements related to both blue-collar and white-collar roles, as well as knowledge of UAE labor laws.
Public Relations Officer (PRO)
Job Summary: The Public Relations Officer (PRO) will be responsible for managing all government-related processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, and facilitating smooth communication between the company and various government entities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling both blue-collar and white-collar employment matters and will be well-versed in MOHRE processes and other relevant government procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all PRO-related tasks, including but not limited to visa processing, labor card applications, and residency permits for employees.
  • Liaise with government authorities, including MOHRE, Dubai Municipality , and other relevant departments, to ensure compliance with all regulations and procedures.
  • Prepare and submit all necessary documentation for employee visas, labor contracts, and other government-related processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations, ensuring the company’s compliance at all times.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including the preparation of necessary documentation and orientation regarding labor laws and company policies.
  • Handle employee inquiries related to government services, visas, and labor laws.
  • Monitor and manage the renewal of visas, labor cards, and other relevant documents for employees.
  • Provide guidance and support to management and staff regarding labor law compliance and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to all PRO activities and government transactions.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure a seamless flow of information and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of [insert number] years of experience in a PRO role or similar position, preferably within a diverse work environment (blue-collar and white-collar).
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, MOHRE processes, and government procedures.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with government officials and employees.
  • Proficient in Arabic and English (both written and spoken); knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
