1. Government Relations
Develop and maintain positive relationships with government officials and regulatory bodies.
Represent the company in meetings with government officials and agencies.
Supporting government activities that have a good impact on KG Media.
2. External Relations
Build and manage relationships with external stakeholders, including industry associations, NGOs, and other organizations.
Act as a liaison between the company and external partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Supporting external activities that have a good impact on KG Media.
3. Media Relations
Establish and nurture relationships with journalists, editors, and media outlets.
Develop and distribute press releases, media statements, and other materials.
Organize and manage media events, including press conferences, interviews, and briefings.
Monitor media coverage and respond to media inquiries.
4. Internal Relations
Facilitate internal communication and ensure consistent messaging across the organization.
Develop and implement internal communication strategies to engage employees.
Create and distribute internal newsletters, announcements, and other communication materials/media.
Organize internal events, such as town halls, employee briefings, and team-building activities.
5. Community Relations
Facilitate internal communication and ensure consistent messaging across the organization.
Develop and implement internal communication strategies to engage employees.
Create and distribute internal newsletters, announcements, and other communication materials.
Organize internal events, such as town halls, employee briefings, and team-building activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations or Communications.
At least 2 years of experience in public relations, government relations, or a similar role, preferably in the media industry.
Proven experience in handling government and community relations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and manage multiple relationships.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
High level of integrity and professionalism
