As part of our continued growth, our Deal Advisory Department is seeking a Public Sector Business‑Economic Consulting Manager who is eager to be at the heart of public‑sector activity. In this role, you will lead economic and strategic partnerships between the public and private sectors, influence the development of Israel’s leading cities, manage and guide a professional team on projects with real public value, and take part in complex and challenging initiatives that combine strategy, economics, and public policy. What You’ll Do Lead and manage consulting teams in complex public‑sector and municipal projects Conduct economic & business analyses: feasibility studies, market research, financial modeling, policy reviews Build and present data‑driven strategic recommendations Develop methodologies to improve public services and drive organizational growth Take part in business development: writing RFPs and expanding relationships with existing & new clients Requirements BA in Economics / Business / Accounting / Public Policy – required 4+ years in business/economic/strategy consulting or complex project management – required Proven experience working with the public and/or municipal sector Team leadership experience Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities Excellent presentation & communication skills High proficiency in Excel, presentations, and AI‑based analytical tools Relevant MA – significant advantage This role is open to all genders.
