About Innova Nanojet Technologies
At Innova Nanojet Technologies, we are at the forefront of nano-scale air treatment and purification. We are a dynamic, innovative company looking for a passionate sales professional to drive the adoption of our world-changing solutions across the UK public sector. This is your chance to sell technology that truly makes a difference.
The Role
We are seeking a driven and strategic Public Sector Sales Executive to build and manage relationships with key public bodies, including NHS Trusts, university research departments, and government agencies. You will be responsible for the entire sales lifecycle, from identifying new opportunities and navigating complex procurement frameworks to closing high-value contracts. You will be expected to engage tactically to achieve quick wins as well as influencing Decision Makers within public office to strategically position Innova Nanojet as the preferred technology for air purification.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve growth and hit sales targets within the UK public sector.
Identify and build a strong pipeline of opportunities within target accounts, primarily focusing on the NHS, Education, and central government.
Become an expert in our technology and effectively articulate its value proposition to a diverse range of stakeholders, from clinical directors and principal investigators to procurement managers and CTOs.
Lead the bid and tender process, writing compelling proposals and managing responses to public sector procurement frameworks (e.g., G-Cloud, Find a Tender Service, etc.).
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their unique challenges and funding cycles.
Collaborate closely with our internal technical and product teams to ensure client solutions are feasible, well-defined, and successfully delivered.
Provide accurate sales forecasting and maintain detailed records using our CRM system.
About You: Skills & Experience
Essential:
A demonstrable track record of success in a B2G (Business-to-Government) sales role, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience of UK public sector procurement processes, frameworks, and tender management.
Experience selling complex, high-value technology, scientific equipment, or medical devices.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
A strategic and consultative sales approach, focused on building partnerships rather than transactional sales.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote/field-based role.
Full UK driving licence and a willingness to travel nationwide.
Desirable:
An existing network of contacts within central and local government, NHS, UK universities, and government research organisations.
A degree in a scientific, engineering, or related technical field.
Experience working in a start-up or high-growth technology environment.
What We Offer:
A competitive base salary and a generous, uncapped commission structure.
Company car allowance.
Contributory pension scheme and private health insurance.
A key role in a fast-growing company with significant opportunities for professional development and career progression.
The opportunity to work with genuinely innovative technology that has a positive impact on society.
A collaborative, supportive, and forward-thinking company culture.
