We are seeking exceptional educators — ideally current or former school teachers, drama specialists, debating coaches, head teachers and actors — who have a proven track record in guiding students to achieve excellence in communication.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver high-level public speaking, debating, and presentation coaching
Adapt our structured curriculum to suit student needs and strengths
Provide detailed, constructive feedback to accelerate student progress
Mentor students in speechwriting, voice control, stage presence, and persuasion
Represent The Primary Way’s values of professionalism, excellence, and care
