Just a 15 minute drive out of the city centre, and a short drive from Sorrento Beach, we’ve been sitting on Warwick Road for years, embedding ourselves in the suburb. A day in the life of a Publican: You know the locals by name, they reckon you’re one of their own, all while keeping a sharp eye on the P&L. Inherent requirements: This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries).
