Salary: From $100,000 + superannuation + bonus Victor Harbor is a picturesque seaside holiday destination in South Australia, and in the heart of it all lies Hotel Victor, a favourite amongst locals and visitors alike. Overlooking Encounter Bay and Granite Island, we’re only a stone’s throw from the iconic horse-drawn tramway. Hotel Victor has been a pillar in the community for years. The first stone house, Victor Harbor House, was built on this site in 1863 as a boarding home for workers in the port business. Over the years, the building was licensed and extended until 1961 when it was replaced with a fresh build that underwent refurbishments in 2022 to bring you the Hotel Victor you see today. With a great history, comfortable accommodation, delicious food and service with a smile, we’re the perfect setting for our guests to enjoy a restful getaway, a cheeky after work drink or a catch-up with friends and family over a delicious meal. Inherent requirements: This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries).
