Sitting neatly on the corner of King and Murray Streets is the Belgian Beer Cafe. As guests step through our front doors, they'll be transported into a different world, where the 1930s are kicking off and Belgium's old school style and charm oozes through the walls. We're a unique experience in Perth, providing locals and visitors with an authentic experience, complete with a huge selection of our famous Belgian Beer, and a menu full of delicious dishes, with a nod to modern Australian cuisine, including all the pub classics guests know and love. Located in the perfect position in Perth's CBD, guests can stay the night in one of our modern rooms and experience the best of the west from the comfort of the Belgian Beer Cafe. We provide quality service, and we're known for our beer pouring theatrics to make your experience that much better. Salary: From $105,000 + superannuation + bonus A day in the life of a Publican: You know the locals by name, they reckon you’re one of their own, all while keeping a sharp eye on the P&L. You run the place like it’s your own modern-day home, keeping things safe, smooth, and compliant. You're the pillar of the local community and the driving force behind a high-performing team. You put out fires before anyone even notices there was smoke. You bring the vibe, the service, and the smiles – every shift, every day. Inherent requirements: This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently. About you: You already know if this is for you.
