From succulent steaks and local produce to ice-cold beers in our sun-drenched beer garden, we offer a versatile space for everything from family milestones to quiet post-work drinks. As a local favorite in Perth’s southeast, we pride ourselves on providing a welcoming atmosphere where quality service and classic pub fare meet. A day in the life of a Publican: You know the locals by name, they reckon you’re one of their own, all while keeping a sharp eye on the P&L. You run the place like it’s your own modern-day home, keeping things safe, smooth, and compliant. You're the pillar of the local community and the driving force behind a high-performing team. You put out fires before anyone even notices there was smoke. You bring the vibe, the service, and the smiles – every shift, every day. Inherent requirements: This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries).
