Dating back to the early 1840s, The Ship Inn is a Busselton institution. Standing tall in the heart of Albert Street, The Ship Inn is a premier destination in Busselton. A modern and exciting hotel that boasts multiple dining areas, Sports Bar, lounge and Beer Garden. Whether guests are looking to enjoy a meal and a cheeky drink, catch live sport with friends or relax after a hard days work, there is a reason The Ship Inn is the locals favourite. The salary: from $90,000 + Superannuation + Bonus A day in the life of a Publican: You know the locals by name, they reckon you’re one of their own, all while keeping a sharp eye on the P&L. You run the place like it’s your own modern-day home, keeping things safe, smooth, and compliant. You're the pillar of the local community and the driving force behind a high-performing team. You put out fires before anyone even notices there was smoke. You bring the vibe, the service, and the smiles – every shift, every day. Inherent requirements: This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries).
