As the Publications Writer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation that supports the successful implementation and ongoing operation of the system upgrades. Working within our integrated project team, you’ll create clear, accurate, and compliant documentation that bridges the gap between complex technical systems and their end users.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the development and maintenance of technical publications and ILS documentation supporting the implementation of system upgrades across multiple RAAF sites
  • Create and update training materials, operational procedures, and maintenance workflows for system operators and maintainers
  • Collaborate with technical teams to document system modifications, integration approaches, and operational procedures
  • Support security certification and accreditation processes through precise documentation
  • Maintain configuration management documentation and coordinate with stakeholders to validate technical content
