This is an integral of the application process Job Description The Publicity Intern will be responsible for assisting the Publicity and Promotions Manager across a range of theatrical releases across the Queensland region. Working with publicity teams across NSW and VIC, you will be responsible for: Attending weekly Marketing and team WIPs Preparing purchase orders, updating PO trackers and sending invoices for payment Prize fulfillment, sending out merchandise and prizing to winners General administration duties Preparing and sending film review reports Update the media, influencer and exhibition database to ensure contacts are most current General administrative and event support at screenings and premiere event Sending out screening invitations and compiling RSVP’s and door list Central Diary booking management Qualifications Basic Requirements Proficient in Outlook and Excel Excellent attention to detail Well organized with great prioritization skills Ability to take initiative and work independently Excellent communication and a great team player DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS Passionate about the film industry Currently undertaking university study in communications or marketing-based discipline ` Additional Information As part of our selection process, external candidates may be required to attend an in-person interview with an NBCUniversal employee at one of our locations prior to a hiring decision.
